Church on Sunday January 23, 1972 <br />by the pastor, Rev. Everett P. Williams, the Church voted to <br />sell the property located at 202 North Bristol street, Santa <br />Ana, California and authorized the Trustee Board of the <br />Church to take such steps as necessary to effect the same. <br />the Church Conference also voted to build or buy a nee Church <br />using the funds from the sale of the Bristol street property <br />to help in the building or the buying of a new Church. And, <br />Whereas: After a fourteen day notice to all the members of the Church <br />A Church Conference was called by the pastor for the specific <br />purpose of purchasing land from the city of Santa Ana located <br />at First and Bristol streets and extending westward almost to <br />Hesperian street and the land along First street extending <br />oothward toward Second street owned.by the city after the <br />widening of First street. The further purpose of the Church <br />Conference was to votelto build a new Church on the First <br />and Bristol street sits. and to vote to have the Santa Ana <br />First Federal Savings and Loan Association handle the finan— <br />cial arrangements for the church and for the church to seek <br />.to secure from the Santa Ana First Federal Savings and Loan <br />Association the money to finance the building of the new <br />Church. The Church Conference was held Tuosday September 14, <br />1976 and the Church voted to purchase the land from the city <br />of Santa Ana located at First and Bristol streets on which to <br />build a now Church and to have the.Santa Ana First Federal <br />Savings and Loan Association to finance the new Church. The <br />Church Conference authorized the Church Trustees to carry <br />out the directivss of the Church Conference. The Mote was <br />unanimous. And, <br />Whereas: The Church Conference voted to designate the following <br />Trustees along ywith the pastor to sign any papers and legal <br />documents in connection with purchasing of the property and <br />
