Section 4.1, Conditions Precedent, subsection (d), Recordation of <br />Affordability Restrictions, shall be amended to increase the total amount of <br />the Inclusionary Grant by $333,777 for a total Inclusionary Grant amount <br />up to $565,271. <br />4. Exhibit B, Scope of Work/Schedule of Performance, shall be replaced with <br />the updated Scope of Work/Schedule of Performance attached hereto as <br />Exhibit B-1 and incorporated herein by reference. <br />Except as hereinabove modified, all terms and conditions of said Grant <br />Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. <br />(Signatures on following page) <br />
