Damage to Your Product <br />"Property damage" to "your product" arising out of it or any part of it. <br />G. Damage to Your Work <br />"Property damage" to "your work" arising out of it or any part of it and included in the <br />"products -completed operations hazard." <br />This exclusion does not apply if the damaged work or the work out of which the damage arises <br />was performed on your behalf by a subcontractor. <br />H. Distribution Of Material In Violation Of Statutes <br />"Bodily injury," "property damage," "personal injury" or "advertising injury" arising, directly or <br />indirectly, out of any act or omission that violates or is alleged to violate: <br />1. the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), including any amendment of or addition to <br />that law, by the sending or transmitting of a fax or the placing of a phone call; <br />2. the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, including any amendment of or addition to that law, by the <br />sending or transmittal of an email; or <br />3. the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and any such amendment of or addition to such law, <br />including the Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act (FACTA); or <br />4. any federal, state or local statute, ordinance or regulation, other than the TCPA, CAN-SPAM <br />Act of 2003 or FCRA and their amendments and additions, that addresses, prohibits, or <br />limits the printing, dissemination, disposal, collecting, recording, sending, transmitting, <br />communicating or distribution of material or information. <br />I. Electronic Chat Rooms or Bulletin Boards <br />"Personal injury" or "advertising injury" arising out of an electronic chat room, bulletin board, <br />website, social networking site or service, or blog the "Insured" hosts or owns, or over which <br />the "Insured" exercises control. <br />J. Electronic Data <br />"Bodily injury," "property damage," "personal injury" or "advertising injury" arising out of the loss <br />of, loss of use of, damage to, corruption of, inability to access, or inability to manipulate <br />"electronic data." <br />K.
