DEFINITIONS, paragraphs E. and V. of the COMMERCIAL UMBRELLA COVERAGE FORM are <br />deleted and replaced with the following: <br />E. "Claim" means a demand, made under an assertion of legal right, for money as compensation for <br />"bodily injury", "property damage", "personal injury", "advertising injury", "abuse", any act, error, or <br />omission of the "Insured" arising out of the "Insured's" rendering or failure to render "professional <br />services"; or any act, error or omission of the "Insured" negligently committed in the "administration" <br />of your "employee benefit program" "Claim" includes "suit." <br />V. "Suit" means a civil proceeding which seeks monetary damages because of "bodily injury", "property <br />damage", "personal injury", "advertising injury", "abuse", any act, error, or omission of the "Insured" <br />arising out of the "Insured's" rendering or failure to render "professional services"; or any act, error <br />or omission of the "Insured" negligently committed in the "administration" of your "employee benefit <br />program" Suit includes: <br />1. an arbitration proceeding in which such damages are claimed and to which you must submit or <br />do submit with our consent; or <br />2. any other alternative dispute resolution proceeding in which such damages are claimed and to <br />which you submit with our consent. <br />The following is added to Section V.
