<br />SILICA OR RELATED DUST EXCLUSION
<br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following:
<br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE FORM
<br />OWNERS AND CONTRACTORS PROTECTIVE LIABILITY COVERAGE FORM - COVERAGE
<br />FOR OPERATIONS OF DESIGNATED CONTRACTOR
<br />A. The following exclusion is added to paragraph
<br />2., Exclusions, of SECTION I. Coverage A.
<br />Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liabil-
<br />ity, of the Commercial General Liability
<br />Coverage Form, and to paragraph 2., Exclu-
<br />sions, of SECTION I. COVERAGES, of the
<br />Owners and Contractors Protective Liability
<br />Coverage Form - Coverage for Operations
<br />of Designated Contractor:
<br />2. Exclusions
<br />This insurance does not apply to:
<br />Silica or Related Dust
<br />a. Any "bodily injury" which would not
<br />have occurred, in whole or in part, but
<br />for the actual, alleged, threatened, or
<br />suspected inhalation or ingestion of,
<br />exposure to, or contact with, "silica"
<br />or dust that includes or contains "sili-
<br />ca.,,
<br />b. Any "property damage" which would
<br />not have occurred, in whole or in part,
<br />but for the actual, alleged, threatened,
<br />or suspected contact with, exposure
<br />to, existence of, or presence of, "sili-
<br />ca" or dust that includes or contains
<br />"silica."
<br />c. Any loss, cost or expense arising out
<br />of the abating, testing for, monitoring,
<br />cleaning up, removing, containing,
<br />treating, detoxifying, neutralizing, re -
<br />mediating or disposing of, or in any
<br />way responding to or assessing the

<br />effects of, "silica" or dust that includes
<br />or contains "silica," by any insured or
<br />by any other person or entity
<br />This exclusion applies regardless of:
<br />(i) the circumstances of or leading
<br />to such actual, alleged, threat-
<br />ened, or suspected inhalation, in-
<br />gestion, exposure, contact, exis-
<br />tence, or presence; and
<br />(ii) whether the "silica" or dust that
<br />includes or contains "silica," is
<br />mixed or combined with, or also
<br />includes or contains, any other
<br />substance.
<br />B. The following exclusion is added to paragraph
<br />2., Exclusions of SECTION I. Coverage B.
<br />Personal and Advertising Injury Liability of
<br />the Commercial General Liability Coverage
<br />Form:

<br />This insurance does not apply to:

<br />a. Any "personal and advertising injury"
<br />which would not have taken place, in
<br />whole or in part, but for the actual,
<br />alleged, threatened, or suspected in-
<br />halation or ingestion of, contact with,
<br />exposure to, existence of, or pres-
<br />ence of, "silica" or dust that includes
<br />or contains "silic
