<br />6. All interest on the full amount of any judgment
<br />that accrues after entry of the judgment and
<br />before we have paid, offered to pay, or de-
<br />posited in court the part of the judgment that
<br />is within the applicable Limit of Insurance.
<br />These payments will not reduce the Limits of
<br />Insurance.
<br />SECTION III - WHO IS AN INSURED
<br />1. Subject to 4., below, if you are designated in
<br />the Declarations as:
<br />a. An individual, you and your spouse are
<br />insureds, but only with respect to the
<br />conduct of a business of which you are
<br />the sole owner.
<br />b. A partnership or joint venture, you are an
<br />insured. Your members, your partners, and
<br />their spouses are also insureds, but only
<br />with respect to the conduct of your busi-
<br />ness.
<br />c. A limited liability company, you are an in-
<br />sured. Your members are also insureds,
<br />but only with respect to the conduct of
<br />your business. Your managers are insur-
<br />eds, but only with respect to their duties
<br />as your managers.
<br />d. An organization other than a partnership,
<br />joint venture, or limited liability company,
<br />you are an insured. Your "executive of-
<br />ficers," board members and directors are
<br />also insureds, but only with respect to
<br />their duties as your officers or directors.
<br />Your stockholders are also insureds, but
<br />only with respect to their liability as your
<br />stockholders.
<br />e. A trust, you are an insured. Your trustees
<br />are also insureds, but only with respect to
<br />their duties as trustees.
<br />2. Subject to 4., below, each of the following is
<br />also an insured:
<br />a. If you are a religious or educational in-
<br />stitution:
<br />(1) your elders, deacons, vestrymen,
<br />councilmen, clergy, and teachers;
<br />(2) members of your Board of Trustees,
<br />Board of Governors, or other govern-
<br />ing body created by your charter,
<br />constitution, by-laws, or other similar
<br />governing document, but only while
<br />acting within the scope of their duties
<br />as such; and
<br />(3) any subsidiary organization that is con-
<br />trolled by the Named Insured. A sub-
<br />sidiary organization is controlled by the
<br />Named Insured if the Named Insured
<br />owns a majority of the voting shares
<br />of that organization.
<br />3. Subject to 4., below, your "employees," other
<br />than those already described in 1. or 2., above,
<br />are also insureds, but only for acts within the
<br />scope of their employment by you or while
<br />performing duties related to the conduct of
<br />your business. Your "volunteer workers" are
<br />insureds, but only while performing duties re-
<br />lated to the conduct of your business with
<br />your knowledge and consent.
<br />4. However:
<br />a. No "employee," "volunteer worker," direc-
<br />tor, "executive officer," officer, or other
<br />person is an insured for any liability:
<br />(1) to you, to your partners or members
<br />(if you are a partnership or joint ven-
<br />ture), to your members (if you are a
<br />limited liability company), to any of
<br />your directors, "executive officers,"
<br />officers, "employees," or "volunteer
<br />workers";
<br />(2) to the spouse, child, parent, brother,
<br />sister, or next of kin of any person in
<br />connection with or as a consequence
<br />of 4.a.(1); or
<br />(3) for which there is any obligation to
<br />share damages with or repay someone
<br />else who must pay damages, as a con-
<br />sequence of 4.a.(1) or (2).
<br />b. No person or organization is an insured
<br />with respect to the conduct of any cur-
<br />rent or past partnership, joint venture, re-
<br />ligious or educational institution, or other
<br />organization that is not shown as a named
<br />insured in the Declarations.
