<br />Barsin has 19 years of experience in Civil
<br />Engineering with a focus on commercial,
<br />housing, and City capital improvement
<br />projects. He has proven expertise in the areas
<br />of survey, planning, design, construction
<br />documents and detailing, cost estimation and
<br />analysis and project management of Civil
<br />Engineering projects. As Principal -in -Charge
<br />he is in involved with all projects coming
<br />through the office and works hands on with
<br />our other P.E.s and E.I.Ts to monitor project
<br />design, progress, and quality to ensure they
<br />are meeting the highest of standards while
<br />also staying within our contract budgets and
<br />meeting the project schedule.
<br />Michael's primary responsibility is design and
<br />production managementofvarioustypesofland
<br />development projects, including commercial,
<br />office, retail, mixed -use, healthcare and public.
<br />Michael has 20 years of experience leading
<br />projects from entitlement and design phases
<br />through the entire implementation process.
<br />He has a strong design sense with excellent
<br />project management and production skills.
