<br />David has more than 28 years experience in
<br />land planning, site design, and construction
<br />documentation and administration. His
<br />experience spans both public and private sector
<br />projects from urban streetscape enhancements
<br />to corporate campus master planning and design.
<br />He has extensive experience in all phases of
<br />project design but specializes in construction
<br />document preparation and permitting. He is an
<br />expert in public project consensus building, site
<br />regulatory permitting coordination and working
<br />with multiple public agencies.
<br />David has more than 26 years of experience with
<br />design and project management in commercial
<br />and public projects. He has worked on a broad
<br />range of project types. Dave utilizes cost effective
<br />construction methods for project delivery and has
<br />experience across the country, with extensive
<br />experience in the Southeast.
<br />Jeff brings over 20 years of experience in civil
<br />engineering design, project/team leadership
<br />and community stewardship. His responsibility
<br />includes the growth and management of our
<br />national team of structural, mechanical and
<br />electrical engineers who provide clients with
<br />the most integrated, well -coordinated and high
<br />performance buildings possible. Jeff's expertise
<br />encompasses all types of projects including
<br />office, interiors, retail, municipal, educational,
<br />mixed -use and industrial.
