Building materials and flooring will be <br />sourced from green products and manufacturers. The offices will be outfitted with modern <br />technology that saves energy and paper waste. All customer intake and records will be <br />completed on electronic devices and saved on secured cloud storage. Bathrooms will be <br />water efficient and have electronic hand dryers installed. Recycling programs will be put in <br />place and customers incentivized for re -using bags and use recycled paper bags used <br />where appropriate. <br />Solar panels will be placed on the buildings creating green energy. In the parking lot, <br />carpool and hybrid spaces will be marked. New vendors will be sourced from local <br />businesses when appropriate. <br />Additional locations will include all employee benefits mentioned above in an effort to <br />create beneficial work environments for Santa Ana residents and those that serve their <br />customers. Charitable giving and volunteering for local organizations will also continue to <br />be part of the culture making the City a great placeto live and work. <br />Finally, in accordance with Chapter 40 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, FAIRFAX <br />ENTERPRISE, INC. will enter into a labor peace agreement. <br />COMMUNITY BENEFIT AND YOUTH PROGRAMS IN SANTA ANA <br />FAIRFAX ENTERPRISE, INC. has been providing financial support to local charities and <br />organizations since its inception. FAIRFAX ENTERPRISE, INC. has prioritized giving back to <br />youth and family groups. FAIRFAX ENTERPRISE, INC. has made a number of financial <br />donations, including but not limited to $2,500 to the Santa Ana Public School Foundation, <br />$2,500 to Santa Ana College, $2,500 to Calvary Chapel, $2,500 to the Edward B. Cole Sr. <br />Academy, and $5,000 to Bicycle Tree a non-profit community bike center. <br />In previous years, FAIRFAX ENTERPRISE, INC. provided a financial sponsorship to Girl <br />Scout Troop 6357 from Orange County in the amount of $5,000. This sponsorship helped <br />the girls win an award, as well as giving them funds for enriching activities to the group. We <br />aim to continue this practice. <br />FAIRFAX ENTERPRISE, INC. also donated $6,000 to Kidworks OC and covered 10% of their <br />overall summer program costs. Kidworks OC is a non-profit organization in Santa Ana that <br />provides educational service to all members of the family. There are over 300 members <br />who receive services from this group everyyear. There are programs for all age groups and <br />different services provided accordingly. The summer program benefits the poorest Santa <br />Ana students and provides them with new experiences that help them grow academically, <br />physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
