Carvalho <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br />Daisy Gomez <br />Re: Extension of Temporary Staffing Services Agreement No. A-2018.148 <br />Dear Mr, Willard: <br />Pursuant to Section 3 ("Toren") of the above Agreement, entered into by Trust Temporary <br />Services, Inc., dba Helpmates Staffing Services, and the City of Santa Ana, dated June 5, 2018, as <br />amended, the torm of the Agreement is hereby extended for an additional two (2) year period, from <br />July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2023. The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or <br />renewed to cover this extension.
