(9) Inaccurate or misleading materials or sales representations. (10) Any loss, cost or expense incurred by you for the withdrawal, recall, inspection, repair, replacement, adjustment, removal or disposal of "your product'. (11) "Loss of use" resulting from sudden and accidental physical injury to ..your product' after it has been put to its intended use. (12) Any wear and tear or gradual deterioration of "your product' which is not the result of an "error or omission'. (13) Any unauthorized change in or misuse of "your product' after it leaves your possession or is completed by you. (14) The installation of "your product' by others, unless on your behalf. However, this exclusion does not apply to "loss of use" because of inadequate warnings or instructions provided by you. C. SUPPLEMENTARY PAYMENTS — COVERAGES A AND B does not apply to COVERAGE D. D. Only with respect to COVERAGE D, SECTION III — LIMITS OF INSURANCE is deleted and replaced as follows: SECTION III — LIMITS OF INSURANCE Subject to Paragraph 2. below, the most we will pay for all "damages' and "defense costs" arising out of any one "claim" covered under COVERAGE D is $50,000 for Each Claim and is included within the Each Occurrence Limit shown in the Declarations. The Aggregate Limit for all "damages' and "defense costs' under COVERAGE D is $50,000 and is included within the Products -Completed Operations Aggregate Limit shown in the Declarations. 3. This maximum is the most we will pay under the policy regardless of the number of: a. Insureds; b. "Claims", or demands; or C. Persons or organizations making "claims". 4. Any payment we make for "damages" and "defense costs' reduces both the Each Occurrence Limit and the Products -Completed Operations Aggregate Limit shown in the Declarations. 5. The Limits of Insurance of this endorsement apply separately to each consecutive annual period and to any remaining period of less than 12 months, starting with the beginning of the policy period shown in the Declarations, unless the policy period is extended after issuance for an additional period of less than 12 months.
