Tuition Refund upon Cancellation Prior to the End of the Seventh Day after <br />the 1st class for the Program <br />Cancellation occurs when the student communicates to the NTMA Training Centers that <br />they wish to cancel the enrollment contract on the evening of the seventh day after <br />the 1st class. The NTMA Training Centers shall refund 100% of the amount paid for <br />instructional charges, less a registration fee not to exceed $250,00. If the student cancels <br />during this time the institution must be paid institutional charges, less a reasonable <br />deposit or application fee not to exceed $250. All books and materials must be returned <br />in condition to resell to avoid charges for these items. <br />Any notification of withdrawal or cancellation and any request for a refund are required <br />to be made in writing. A form for withdrawal/cancellation may be requested from the <br />business office and submitted in person or mailed to: <br />C/o Campus Director <br />NTMA Training Center of So. CA <br />12131 Telegraph Road <br />Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670 <br />It is important that you keep copies of the enrollment agreement, financial aid papers, <br />receipts or any other information that documents your payments to the school. <br />Withdrawal from the Program <br />You have the right to withdraw from a course of instruction at any time. If you <br />withdraw from the course of instruction after the period allowed for cancellation of the <br />agreement, which is made through attendance at the first class session or the seventh <br />day after the 1st class session, All monies paid by an applicant will be refunded if the <br />student is either denied admission or cancels their enrollment agreement. The school <br />will remit a refund less a registration fee, not to exceed $250.00 within 30 days following <br />your withdrawal. <br />Federal Refund Policy for the Return of Title IV Funds <br />Federal aid recipients who withdraw or are dropped from by the school are subject <br />to new regulations regarding the Return of Title IV funds. Students who withdraw or <br />are dropped from NTMA prior to completing more than 60% of the payment period <br />are subject to these rules. Based on the date of the complete withdrawal or drop, the <br />Financial Aid Office will determine the amount, if any, of "unearned" federal financial aid <br />received by the student.
