Estimated Schedule of Total Charges for the Entire Educational Program <br />Tuition for the program is charged for an 5 week time period. <br />The following approximate cost applies to programs paid for by the student: <br />Application Fee: $ 50.00 <br />Tuition: $ 699.00 <br />(Includes $100.00 non-refundable Registration Fee) <br />Books: $ 150.00 <br />Tooling and Supplies: $ 100.00 <br />Total Cost for a Period of Attendance: $ 999.00 <br />For schedule call Marcie Correa, Director of Retraining (562) 404-4295 ext. 131. <br />40-Hour Level II CNC <br />Program Scope and Objectves <br />This Computer Numerical Control (CNC) class is designed for skilled machinist and <br />machine operators, who have taken the Fundamentals Level I class or those who <br />need or want to update their skills in the basics of CNC programming, operations, <br />and setups. Students will program, setup and operate CNC lathes and mills. They are <br />taught the proper usage of preparatory and miscellaneous programming commands <br />(G & M-codes), and the sequences of operations in CNC machining. Instruction time <br />is divided between classroom, computer lab, and shop; providing a practical blend of <br />theory with hands-on experience.
