Most essential to the goal of completing ajob task is ensuring that every phase of <br />working with clients and customers is done with a team approach which ultimately benefits the customer by <br />avoiding costly delays, change orders and unforeseen circumstances. Through this method Jamison can <br />organize multiple crews with the qualified personnel for specific tasks and run concurrent jobs without any <br />problems. <br />In order to ensure that work is progressing as planned, the QA/QI principle of milestone evaluations <br />after each phase of major operation is completed, it is practiced by on -going meetings within the company to <br />ensure that all phases of a work task is being done in both labor as well as cost efficient manner.
