Similarly, the City of Santa Ana serves as the Santa Ana <br />Workforce Development Board's fiscal agent and bears responsibility for grant funds' disbursal. <br />The City or Anaheim serves as Anaheirn's Workforce Development Board's fiscal agent and bears <br />responsibility for grant funds' disbursal. <br />The competitive procurement process used to award sub -grants and contracts for WIOA Title I <br />activities depends on the award amounts. The local boards follow the competitive procurement <br />processes of their respective fiscal agents and board procurement policies. These written policies <br />adhere to state and federal procurement regulations.
