CliftonLarsonAllen LLP carries commercially reasonable amounts of general liability and malpractice (aka professional liability) insurance. If requested, the firm will provide a certificate of coverage for an amount specified by the City upon being engaged. Use of subcontractor We do not anticipate using any subcontractor, association, or affiliate member firm personnel on your engagement. However, independence is our first concern when providing additional services. Independence can easily become impaired when providing consulting services; therefore, we do not provide any services to our audit clients beyond those allowed. If additional work is requested by the City outside of the scope of the audit, we will discuss with you our proposed fee for additional services prior to beginning the new services.
