EXHIBIT 1 <br />NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that proposals will be received from qualified firms to provide Housing Authority <br />Management Software for the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana (CA093). Responses to this <br />Request for Proposals (RFP) will be accepted until Monday March 22, 2021 at 3:00 P.M.
