Evaluation of Program Participants Eligibility and Needs The SUI3RLCIPIFNT must conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to determine the eligibility of each individual or family-s eligibility for ESG assistance in accordance with 24 CFR 576.401. Subcontracts (1) Content Requirements. The SUBRFCIPIF,NT will include all relevant provisions of this AGRFFMFNT in all subcontracts entered into as part of the activities undertaken in furtherance: of this AGREEMENT and will take appropriate action pursuant to any subcontract upon a finding that the subcontractor is in violation of regulations issued by any, federal agency. The SUBRECIPIENT will not subcontract with any entity where it has notice or knowledge that the latter- has been found in violation of regulations under 24 CFR Part 135 (Economic Opportunities for Low- and Very Low -Income Persons) and will not allow any subcontract unless the entity has first provided it with a preliminary statement of ability to comply with the requirements of these regulations.
