(H&A), established in 1976, is a California <br />Corporation. Our company is a full -service civil engineering firm with <br />headquarters in Irvine and affiliated branch offices in Los Angeles, Riverside <br />and San Diego. Our services will be performed out of our Irvine headquarters. <br />H&A has a staff of over 300 professional engineers, surveyors, planners, <br />surveyors, administrative and support personnel. Vegas. These have included park facilities, underground utilities, <br />public parking structures and building, and traffic signals projects for cities all over the southern California. <br />On the following page is the Organization Chart. A Staff Qualifications Matrix (11 x 17 placed at end of proposal) is <br />provided with a list of our team members, their experience, education, registrations and capabilities to perform the services <br />required by the RfP. One page resumes have been included in the appendix for additional information.
