INSURANCE Prior to undertaking performance of work under this Agrccment, Consultant shall maintain and steal I require ils subcontractors, i f any, to obtain and maintain insurance as described below: a. Commercial Oeneral Liability Insurance. In accordance with the provisions of Section 3700 of the Labor Code, Consultant, if C'onsuhant has ally employees, is required to be insured against liability for worker's conrpcnsation or to undertake self- insurance.
