NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS <br />NOVEL IS 11LREBY G1VLN that proposals will be received from qualified Conuactors for <br />Spill Response, l lazardous waste Disposal, and Storm Drain Facility Maintenance services. <br />Responses to Ibis Request for Proposals (RFP) will he accepted until 4:00ptu on Thursday, <br />March 25, 2021. <br />Proposals must be submitted electronically. t�Lh the Planetl3ids system. No other form of <br />submittal will be accepted_ It is the responsibility of the proposer to ensure that any proposals <br />submitted have been uploaded to Platiel.Bids prior to the proposal due date and Lime Mated on <br />the cove page of this RFP. <br />Proposals shall NOT be mailed or sent via telegraphic, electronic, or facsimile means. <br />All notifications, requests for information, updates and addenda will be posted on the <br />Planetl3ids page at htfis://www.planetbids_corn/portal/portal.el'm?CutnpatryLD-20137. <br />Prupuscra shall be respunsiblc fur monitoring the site to obtain inlururatiun regarding this <br />solicitation. Failure to respond to required updates may result in a determination of a <br />nonresponsive proposal. <br />LETTER OF INTENT: As n antrtesy to the City, all intacsted Contractors are encouraged to <br />submit a Letter of Intent of their pending proposal to the noted Project Manager by the required <br />date, as shown on the cover page of This RFP. Letters of lnlem shall be sent via ,erutied mail or <br />email and shall include the information below: <br />1. Use formal company letterhead. <br />2. Indication of company interest in the RI-P. <br />3_ Acknowledgement of candidate's responsibility to monitor the City's website lot- any <br />anrcndrncuts m modifications to the RFP. <br />4.
