Spills Above Ground <br />Agency calls Ocean Blue's office directly for a service request. <br />This line is answered by an OR supervisor 24/7. <br />Supervisor asks for logistics: Incihon, site contact, materi <br />quantities, surface type, traffic control needs and available onsite <br />Supervisor (who drives a response vehicle home) drives straight to the site location_ <br />While in route, Supervisor dispatches technicians, additional materials and/or equipment <br />Response time must be within 1-hour. If nccxled, Supervisor performs spill containment. <br />Crew arrives. Don PPE. Conduct Tailgate Safety Meeting. Implement traffic control. <br />PRFSSURF. <br />WASHING METHOD <br />Set up containment with <br />sand bags at lower end <br />If needed, spray bleach solution or <br />simple green. Drum any solids that <br />may impede pressure washer flow <br />wash the area & recover <br />vacuum equipment <br />Prepare Docum( lhlYtion <br />bills of lading-, <br />label & work tickets <br />BLFACI I / Al1OSIMEN1 <br />METHOD <br />Spray Bleach Solution to contaminated <br />areas, and Walt 20 m1I1CItOS <br />for solution to work <br />Pick up contaminated bleach solution <br />using scrapper, rags or absorbent <br />Complete paperwork, <br />obtain signatures and <br />distribute copies to Agency <br />Place them (including; scrapper) into <br />D.O.T. container <br />Transport bull: liquid to <br />1SDl' and solids to OB yard <br />for later disposal to TSDF <br />City Council <br />f',Igc lU of 29 <br />6/15/2021 <br />
