<br />application. A weekly lottery and application sorting procedure will be conducted
<br />to randomly select applications that will be processed until all of the funds are
<br />exhausted. If you do not cornplete all of the steps in Lhe application and it does not
<br />have a status of "application submitted", it will not be included in the lottery process.
