UNDERSTANDING OF NEED permits and mitigation measures are in compliance with project documents. Subtask D: Along with special inspections, the project will require material testing. Inspectors will ensure accurate samples are taken in accordance with project documents. The material samples will be transported to our certified laboratory and assigned a project specific bar code for tracking and controlling purposes. According to the RFP, material testing is required for concrete, masonry, asphalt, soils, base materials, reinforcing steel, fireproofing, environmental and non-destructive testing on paint coatings (on - site and fabrication shop). Once material testing is completed, the test results will be provided to the City representative and contractor. We are and will remain available to commence work on your project within 12-hours of notification by authorized City personnel and in an emergency situation can accommodate a request within two to four hours.
