Exhibit 2 <br />1 ACHVEMENT I01 HANSFFat FUNDS <br />2 FOR 2020 EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE GRANT PROGRAM <br />3 <br />4 THIS AGREEMENT is entered into this day of 20, which date is <br />5 cnumerated for purposes of reference only, by and between the COUNTY OF ORANGL, a political <br />6 subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as "COUNTY," and <br />7 a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as <br />8 " SUBRLCIPILNT." <br />9 WHEREAS, COUNTY, acting through its Sltcritt=Coroner Delmitmcut, hereinafter reterred to <br />10 as SHERTFF, in its capacity as the Icad agency for the Operational Area, has applied for, received and <br />11 accepted the Lnrergeney Management Performance Grant (hereinafter referred to as "the grant") from <br />12 the California Office of Emergency Services ("CAIDES"). <br />13 WHEREAS, the propose of the grant is to support comprehensive emergency management at <br />14 the state, tribal and local levels and to encourage the improvement of prevention, protection, mitigation. <br />15 response and recovery capabilities for all hazards, as set forth in Attachment A hereto (FEMA <br />16 Preparedness Grants Manual), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by rcl'crcncc- <br />17 NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1s 1.
