If you have not done so already, provide the Declaration of COVID-19- <br />Related Financial Distress to your landlord notifyinq them that you are unable to pay <br />Your rent due to COVID-19 related hardship and explain how COVID-19 has <br />impacted you. Upload a copy of this Declaration to your application in the portal. <br />Step 7. Upload the supporting documents as requested by the application portal. <br />Applications will be reviewed to ensure the correct documents have been uploaded <br />in order to receive assistance. <br />Step 8. Make sure you have completed all information properly and correctly before <br />submitting. <br />Imoortant!
