EXHIBIT 1 <br />The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) allows Local Workforce Development <br />Boards (Local Board) to be an Adult and Dislocated Worker Career Services Provider with the <br />agreement of the Chief Elected Official (CEO) and the Governor. <br />This application will serve as the Local Board's or administrative entity's request for Governor <br />Approval to be an Adult and Dislocated Worker Career Services Provider within a Local <br />Workforce Development Area (Local Area) under WIOA.
