<br />risk assessrnents. He i-c proficient in utilizing CaIEEMod, CALINE4, ISCST3, AERIVIOD,
<br />EMI AC2017, and CJffRoad2o17 models, in order to quantify erissions irrlpacts as well
<br />as to assess the efficacy of proposed mitigation.
<br />Greg is also experienced in noise analyses and is proficient in utilizing FHWA Traffic
<br />Noise Model (TNM), FI-IWA Roadway Construction Noise Model (RCNM), FAA Integrated
<br />Noise Model (INIVQ, and SounciPlan. In addition, he has created and irnpiernented a
<br />noise program based on the FFIWA-RD-77-108 Standard. Through the use of the shuve
<br />rnodeis he is able to efficiently determine noise irnpact, to nearby sensitive land uses
<br />and assess the efficacy of proposed mitigation.
<br />He has successfully run arl erlVII-Ol'unental COnSLII11ng business for over 1S years and has
<br />been responsible in rrlanaging cosf:L, scheduling, and accounting. Greg has a prover)
<br />record of preparing air quality arid noise impact analyses to successful cornpletion.
<br />During his 17+ year career he has prepared more than 500 environmental documents
<br />With a 100 percent success rate.
<br />He is BxperiencE!d in a widE! range of project types, including residential, Ccrnrrlercial,
<br />industrial, and recreational projects as well as public projects that include specific plans
<br />and general plans. He has experience in preparing studies to specific standards and
<br />formats such as Callrans Air Quality and IVoise Study Reports and NEPA Environmental
<br />Asessment; and has completed air quality and/or noise analyses in over 200 different
<br />local jurisdictions throughout California.

<br />Prepared air quality, GHG emissions, and noise initial study sections, provided
<br />assistance on the associated NEPA sections for HUD approval, and peer reviewed the
<br />air quality analysis, GHG emissions analysis, and noise analysis for the development of
<br />71 apartment homes with a community center.

<br />Prepared air quality, GHG emissions, and noise initial study sections, and provided
<br />assistance on the associated NEPA sections. The Project is to eliminate blight for the
<br />Project site, on a spot basis through property acquisition and clearance and demolition
<br />of the vacant, unsightly 1,715 square foot building, associated parking lot and paved
<br />walkways. The Project site is situated in a central part of the City of Palmdale. The
<br />Project is funded by the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program through
<br />HUD. Environmental review was conducted to comply with CEQA and NEPA and all HUD
<br />rules and regulations that govern the environmental review process, as described in 24
<br />CFR Part 58. Chambers Group conducted the Environmental Assessment
<br />Determinations and Compliance Findings for I IUD assisted Projects 24 CFR Part 58 and
<br />associated technical studies to assist the City in completing the Environmental
<br />Assessment analyzing the potential effects on the human environment.
