<br />Published Technical Manual on this Standard.

<br />Asbestos, Lead -Based Paint (LBP) and Fungal Surveys/Abatement
<br />Monitoring/Clearance Sampling - Completed and managed asbestos, _BP and fungal
<br />projects in conjunction with Certified Site Surveillance Technicians and CDPH Certified
<br />Lead Professionals to complete surveys, abatement specifications and abatement
<br />monitoring projects on public works projects, hospitals, hotels, schools/universities,
<br />retail shopping malls and commercial offices. Current with pending South Coast Air
<br />Quality Management District changes to Rule 1403.
<br />Methane Assessment, Monitoring and Remedial Design - Provided methane
<br />assessment to developers in accordance with City of Los Angeles City Building and Safety
<br />Department. Monitoring Services have been completed for the Los Angeles Unified
<br />School District at RFK High School and Roybal Learning Center, Landfill Gas Monitoring,
<br />for the Los Angeles County CEOs Office design and installation of methane mitigation
<br />systems on low-rise residential buildings in Downtown Los Angeles, clean closure of
<br />Canyon Park Hog Ranch.
<br />Remediation - Completed and managed dig and haul, soil vapor extraction, air sparge,
<br />pump and treat remediation projects.
<br />Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs) and Monitoring - Assisted and was
<br />the Principal -in -Charge for the preparation of SWPPPs for military, educational,
<br />commercial, transportation and residential construction sites in conjunction with
<br />Qualified Storrnwater Developers and Practitioners.
