This house was <br />originally constturted in 1929, and was valued at approximately $5.000 according to the original building pellnit. Constructed <br />by Floral Park builders and developers the Honer Bros., the house remained under its original ownership for nearly three <br />decades. The first recorded owners and occupants were William McKinley (W M.) Cory (1897-1968) and Doris R. Cory (1699- <br />1979). W.M. Cory was an Assistant County Farin Advisor. Since then. the W.M.
