(lwowo as the "Mills Act") to cntcr into <br />contracts with owners of qualified historical properties to provide for appropriate <br />use, mainteiance. rehabilitation rind rCstoretion such that these historic properties <br />relain their hisloric character and integrity. <br />B. The Owner possesses fee title in and to Ihat certain qualified real property <br />together with associated structures and improvements thereon, located at 2339 <br />North Heliotrope Drivee, Santa Ana, CA, 92706 and more partietilarly <br />described in Exhibit "A," attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, <br />and hereinafter referred to as the "IIistoric Property". <br />C_ The Uktoric Property is officially designated on the Santa Ana Register of <br />Historical Properties pursuant to the requiratrents of Chapter 30 of the Santa Ana <br />MtmiCipal Code. <br />D.
