He has implemented AB 341 and AB 1826 programs at hundreds of commercial <br />and multi -family properties in San Juan Capistrano, Tustin, Mission Viejo, Laguna Hills, Anaheim, Santa Ana, <br />and Anaheim. Mr. Bevan uses information gathered at site audits to develop customized, cost -saving waste <br />reduction programs that fit the unique needs of each property, from split trash and recycling bins to <br />specialized enclosure signage and outreach. Mr. Bevan has also worked with large retail operations to <br />implement organics waste diversion programs and to manage increases in trash and recyclables during the <br />holiday season using novel and innovative outreach and public education approaches. <br />Mr. Bevan has experience working with the City of San Diego Environmental Department managing the <br />construction and demolition ordinance. In this capacity, Mr. Bevan worked with contractors to ensure they <br />met or exceeded the City's 50% diversion requirement for construction and demolition waste. Mr. Bevan <br />leveraged his experience as an on -campus sustainability advocate at San Diego State University to found a <br />non-profit company committed to facilitating grassroots, student -led sustainability, programs at colleges <br />and universities. Mr. Bevan holds a Bachelor Degree in Political Science from the San Diego State University. <br />He received his Master of Business Administration from the Presidio Graduate School in San Francisco in <br />December 2012. <br />Winley Durham <br />Title: Program Implementation Manager and Analyst <br />Time with EcoNomics, Inc.: 3 years <br />Education: BA in Geographic Information System from California State University Fullerton, 2020 <br />Specializations: Implementation of AB 341 and AB 1826 Programs; GIS Applications <br />Ms. Durham joined the EcoNomics team in August of 2018 and has assisted the City of Santa Ana with <br />applying tools from Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to geocode and optimize AB 341 and AB 1826 <br />compliance implementation efforts. Ms. Durham has implemented countless AB 341 and AB 1826 recycling <br />programs in the City of Santa Ana and is very familiar with the business community and the haulers <br />operations practices. Ms. Durham will also be gathering data in the field to assist with implementation <br />oversight. The "on the ground" status of program implementation gathered will also be transferred into <br />GIS mapping and overlays to provide the City an easily used tool to access the status of satisfactory <br />attainment of compliance requirements. <br />19 <br />
