The parties entered into Agreement No. N-2019-149, dated July 22, 2019, by which <br />Consultant agreed to provide urban design and architectural consulting services for the <br />City's Planning and Building Agency ("Agreement"), <br />B. The Agreement remains in effect through July 21, 2021. <br />C. The parties now wish to extend the Agreement. <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />1. Section 4, Term, is amended to extend the term of the Agreement through July 21, 2022. <br />2.
