Third St. at a total cost of not -to -exceed $390,000. <br />Program Structure <br />Our services would include - <br />a. Providing temporary shelter to people experiencing homelessness to vulnerable <br />populations in Santa Ana. <br />b. Our stalling patterns will ensure 24/7 site supervision. We will draw from our <br />existing shelters and available staff from other programs to provide a balance of <br />experienced and new personnel. <br />c. The residents will be provided with a clean, safe personal bed space, three <br />nourishing meals per day, and the opportunity to work with a professional <br />Housing Navigator to expedite their placement in permanent housing. <br />d. All Salvation Army programs have developed a COVID-19 emergency response <br />plan that includes prevention, isolation, and mandatory quarantine. <br />Service Limitations — <br />a.
