Firm or Personnel Experience <br />As a Principal with Rincon, Ms. Hansen provides strategic guidance, project oversight, workload and <br />personnel management, training, and serves as a client and agency liaison for projects located <br />throughout California. <br />Ms. Hansen's major clients include state agencies, cities/counties throughout California, ports, <br />developers of residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed -use projects, major hospitals, museums and <br />other cultural organizations, and primary and secondary educational facilities. She has been the <br />Principal -in -Charge for Rincon's current on -call contract with the City since 2019, and has overseen the <br />preparation of seven NEPA and CEQA documents. In addition to her experience with the Cityof Santa <br />Ana, she has recent experience with the cities of Laguna Beach, Fullerton, Long Beach, Malibuand Los <br />Angeles. Huerta has <br />extensive experience conducting and preparing environmental analyses in accordance with CEQA/NEPA. <br />Her experience includes a wide range of projects for residential and commercial development, <br />recreation and open space, and utility -scale electrical and water developments. She has managed the <br />environmental analyses forthe EIR Addendums for the 41h and Mortimer and First American Mixed Use <br />Projects, and she provided QA/QC project management forthe Westview Housing Project IS-MND. Ms. <br />Huerta is currently managing CEQA and NEPA environmental documents for residential and commercial <br />projects throughout Southern California. Her recent experience with developments has been projects <br />located In the cities of Los Angeles, West Hollywood, Pasadena, Compton, Burbank and Santa Ana. <br />Technical Team <br />Vanessa Villanueva j Associate Environmental Planner <br />Education: BS, Environmental Science, University of California, Los Angeles <br />Role: Project Planner <br />Vanessa Villanueva is an Associate Environmental Planner for Rincon's <br />Environmental Sciences and Planning group responsible for preparing environmental <br />and planning documents, assisting with public and private sector contract planning <br />services, and providing technical impact analyses for a variety of projects. She has <br />experience preparing and editing environmental analyses in accordance with CEQA <br />and NEPA for infrastructure, housing and urban development, and long-range planning projects. Her <br />recent experience has been projects located in the cities of Santa Ana, Laguna Beach, Long Beach, Los <br />Angeles, West Covina, Walnut, Pomona, Compton, San Gabriel and Pasadena. She has managed and <br />assisted with the environmental analyses for several recent CEQA and NEPA projects in Santa Ana, <br />including, but not limited to, the Westview Housing Project IS-MND and EA/FONSI, 4th and Mortimer EIR <br />Addendum, Crossroads at Washington Housing Project EA/FONSI, Bishop Street and Raitt Street <br />Rincon Consultants, Inc. 15 <br />
