City of Santa Ana <br />On -Call Environmental Review Services for Housing Division <br />Rincon prepared a Sustainable Communities <br />Environmental Assessment (SCEA) for an affordable <br />housing project located at 111-121 S. Soto Street and <br />2316-2328 E. 1st Street in the Boyle Heights <br />community of Los Angeles. BRIDGE Housing <br />proposed a project that involved development of a <br />five -story mixed -use affordable housing building <br />consisting of 63 affordable units and one market -rate <br />manager's unit, and 4,265 square feet of ground floor <br />commercial space. The project is located next to a LA <br />Metro subway station. <br />F. Subconsuitants <br />Rincon's breadth of expertise allows us to perform most of the tasks necessary for the preparation of <br />environmental documents in-house, but Rincon does also work with various subconsultants to provide <br />additional expertise on certain topics, like transportation and traffic. For this contract, to augment our <br />in-house capabilities we have partnered with Ganddini Group, Inc. for traffic engineering services. <br />F.1 Transportation Subcontractors <br />Ganddini Group, Inc.
