Exhibit A <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION. <br />In the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, being a portion of land described <br />in a Deed to the City of Santa Ana, recorded as Instrument number 2018000304713, filed in the <br />Office of the County Recorder in said County, lying Northwesterly and Northerly of the <br />following described line: <br />Beginning at point of intersection with the Easterly line of said Deed, and a line parallel with <br />and 83.20 feet Northerly of the centerline of Warner Avenue as said centerline is shown on <br />Tract Map 638, recorded in Book 19 page 17, Block B of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said <br />County; <br />Thence, South 450 53' 15" West, 21.27 feet to an angle point that Is 68.00 feet Northerly and <br />Perpendicular to said centerline; <br />Thence North 880 30' 10" West, Parallel with said centerline 63.95 feet to the beginning of a <br />curve, concave Northerly and having a radius of 140.00 feet; <br />Thence, Westerly along said curve 16.73 feet through a central angle of 60 50' 54"; <br />Thence, North 810 39' 17" West, 57.53 feet to the beginning of a curve concave Southerly and <br />having a radius of 160.00 feet; <br />Thence, Westerly along said curve 13.27 feet through a central angle of 4° 45" 08' to a point of <br />intersection with the of Westerly line of said deed and a line parallel with and 76.89 feet <br />Northerly of said centerline. <br />Containing 0.24 acres, more or less. <br />Subject to all Covenants, Conditions, Reservations, Restrictions, Rights of Way and Easements <br />of record, if any. <br />All as shown on Exhibit B, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof. <br />Prepared by me, or under <br />my direction on <br />AND 81, <br />John M.
