Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute a renewal <br />agreement with Selectron Technologies, Inc. for Interactive Voice Response System <br />software support and maintenance for Municipal Utility Services in the amount of <br />$201,945 and optional services for Outbound Messaging Dog License, Business <br />License, and Land Management System ("LMS") in the amount of $599,110, for a <br />total not -to -exceed amount of $921,213, including a 15 percent contingency of <br />$120,158, for an initial term commencing July 1, 2021 and expiring December 31, <br />2025, with a provision for two renewal options, of three years and one year, <br />respectively, ending December 31, 2029, subject to non -substantive changes <br />approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No. 2021-XXX). <br />36. Approve Facilities Use Agreement with Training and Research Foundation to Operate <br />Childcare Centers at Corbin Community Center and El Salvador Community <br />Center (Revive Santa Ana Program) <br />Department(s): Parks, Recreation, and Community Services <br />Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute a facilities use <br />agreement with Training and Research Foundation to operate childcare centers at <br />Corbin Community Center and El Salvador Community Center, for a term beginning <br />August 17, 2021 and ending August 31, 2026, subject to non -substantive changes <br />approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No. 2021-XXX). <br />37. Approve renewal of Agreement between the City of Santa Ana and AdminSure, Inc. <br />Department(s): Human Resources <br />Recommended Action: 1. Authorize first optional two (2)-year extension for <br />Agreements A-2018-210 and A-2018-211 (Agreement No. 2021-XXX and <br />Agreement No. 2021-XXX) <br />2. Authorize the City Manager, in his/her discretion, to administratively exercise the <br />second and final two (2)-year extension. <br />38.
