NUR 445 <br />Nursing Seminar <br />3 <br />NUR 450 <br />Pharmacolo y <br />4 <br />NUR 455 <br />Nursing in the Geriatric Population <br />3 <br />NUR 495 <br />Nursin Management <br />Nursing Units <br />3 <br />47 <br />Upper -Division Nursing Elective Courses (2 credits required) <br />Graduation Requirements <br />To receive a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), students must complete at least 120 semester units; 27 <br />of which must be completed in residence at Pacific College, a minimum of 49 of which must be completed <br />at the upper -division level, and the general education requirements. <br />A maximum of 71 semester units of lower division credit may be allowed for courses a registered nurse <br />who is a graduate of a three-year hospital nursing school. Up to 15 semester units may be granted for <br />academically equivalent courseworlc. <br />Career Opportunities and Occupational Duties <br />Candidates with a BSN degree may be eligible for supervisory and management positions at hospitals and <br />managed care facilities.
