Daisy Perez, Program Director (10%) will provide overall management oversight of the <br />project, including serving on the Steering Committee, fiscal oversight of the grant funding, and <br />all staffing. <br />TBD, Project Manager (100%) is responsible for the day to day management of the program, <br />coordinating with subgrantees, and ensuring that all deliverables are met for this grant. <br />Fringe Benefits @ 20% ($28,975) <br />Fringe benefits include Retirement, Medicare, and Medical Benefits. The City currently offers <br />one Dental HMO plan and one Dental PPO plan and provides an allowance towards Single or <br />Family Plans based on bargaining unit. Please see Union Labor Contracts located on <br />the Employee Salary and Benefit Information page. <br />Non -Personnel <br />Travel ($2,500) <br />This cost covers fuel expenses and maintenance for city -issued vehicle assigned to staff to <br />conduct field visits, outreach events, and other local travel. <br />Equipment <br />No funding for Equipment is requested. <br />Supplies ($5,557) <br />This cost supports the purchase of office supplies, program materials and printing needed to <br />fulfil the grant requirements. <br />
