Aurora Garcia-Barrera, Director Policy and Government Affairs (20%) will be <br />responsible for the tracking of legislative bills related to the fiscal sustainability of this work <br />beyond the grant period, ensuring project staff and partners are aware of potential fiscal issues <br />related to DHCS interpretation of billing and reimbursement policies and overall communication <br />of health literacy messaging and advocacy to both internal and external audiences. <br />TBN, Policy Analyst (20% effort) will assist the DPGA with the tracking of bills and <br />will be responsible for assisting with the messaging and communication aspects of the work <br />related to patient education and communication. <br />June Nong, Grant and Accounting Analyst ($24/hr for 208 hours/year) will support <br />the CFO and will directly work with the clinic partners with submitting and receiving invoices <br />and overseeing the payments to the clinics. <br />TBN, Program Manager (100% effort) will support the Director of Programs with <br />managing the day to day operations of the project at the direction of the DOP and will lead the <br />coordination of the trainings, operations and key programmatic components with the clinics as <br />well as assisting with the development of the patient education and communication messaging <br />for clinic patients. <br />Fringe Benefits @ 20%. Fringe benefits include portions of medical and other insurance <br />coverage products that are offered and provided to Coalition staff. <br />Non -Personnel <br />Travel. This cost covers local transportation and meeting costs associated with working <br />with the four clinics including training, education and support. Total= $5,000 <br />
