<br />The budget for the Orange County Asian Pacific Islander Community Alliance (OCAPICA)

<br />conduct of community -wide outreach campaign to reduce health literacy barriers to COVID
<br />education, prevention, testing and vaccination in the highest social vulnerability index areas
