Feasibility and Fiscal Evaluation Services for a Municipal Public Health Agency <br />5. Cost Proposal <br />HMA is proposing a total not -to -exceed cost of $170,830. Project fees will not be incurred <br />beyond this amount without your prior approval and a written amendment to this agreement <br />signed by both parties. Included within this amount is the complete cost of doing business with <br />HMA, including indirect costs such as overhead, general, and administrative costs. HMA does <br />not anticipate any non -labor expenses such as travel, meals, or incidental costs. Our cost <br />breakdown is included in Figure 10. <br />The services described in this proposal will be billed on a time -and -materials basis. Professional <br />hourly rates will be billed as indicated in the table below. We will submit invoices monthly for <br />services provided in the previous month, and the anticipated payment schedule will align with <br />the anticipated project timeline presented in Figure 9.
