At the time this report was <br />printed, no issues of concern were raised regarding the proposed CUPs. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the project is exempt from <br />further review pursuant to pursuant to Section 15303 of the CEQA Guidelines (Class 3 <br />exemption for new construction or conversion of small structures). The project proposes <br />a new commercial building within the General Commercial (C2) zone, which allows <br />service, retail and commercial uses. The proposed eating establishment is not <br />anticipated to use significant amount of hazardous substances, is not located within an <br />environmentally sensitive area, and will have access to all necessary public services <br />and facilities made available through the City of Santa and Orange County Fire <br />Authority (OCFA). Based on this analysis, a Notice of Exemption, Environmental <br />Review No. 2020-23 will be filed for this project. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT(S) <br />1.
