Tabling and flyer distribution by LHA's community outreach team in key locations <br />within central Santa Ana neighborhoods in partnership with active resident groups and <br />volunteer tenant counselors trained in outreach strategies. <br />2. Door -to -Door flyer distribution by LHA's community outreach team. Door -to -Door <br />flyer distribution will be taking place in the areas that have had the highest number of <br />COVID-19 confirmed cases. <br />3. Phone calls to a database of over 6,000 Santa Ana residents. <br />4. 8 virtual informational workshops via the Zoom online platform. <br />5. 6 in -person informational workshops in collaboration with Santa Ana school -parent <br />groups at Latino Health Access, Familias Corazones Verdes "Greenheart Families" Park <br />& Community Center, and other sites identified in partnership with the city, school <br />district, and community partners. <br />6. Social media posts on LHA social media sites including Facebook and Instagram <br />Eligibility Criteria: <br />-Santa Ana residents with an obligation to pay rent <br />-Household income below 80% of the area median income (with a priority for residents with income below <br />50% the area median income) <br />-A household member that has a reduction of income or other financial hardship due to COVID-19 <br />-At risk of experiencing homelessness or housing instability <br />Reporting Details: <br />-Latino Health Access will provide weekly reports and a final report and any other reporting <br />requested/required by the City. <br />L57: Y02, <br />
