I'd like to submit a public comment on item 33, the <br />Rent Stabilization Ordinance, for the September 21st City Council meeting. <br />I strongly support this ordinance and I urge you to pass it. Santa Ana badly needs rent control, and that need <br />continues to grow more urgent as the pandemic wears on. The Rent Stabilization Ordinance would help keep <br />people in their housing, and would be a key step to reducing the housing crisis. <br />Please vote yes on Item 33, the Rent Stabilization Ordinance.
