nor (b) above applies, then such person or organization is an additional <br /> insured under this endorsement, but only with respect to liability for"bodily <br /> injury" or "property damage" or "personal and advertising injury" caused <br /> by "your work"to which the "written contract" applies. <br /> However, with respect to this Paragraph 2. e. (1), such person or organization <br /> does not qualify as an additional insured with respect to the independent acts or <br /> omissions of such person or organization. <br /> (2) The insurance afforded to an additional insured under this endorsement: <br /> (a) Applies only if the "bodily injury" or "property damage" occurs or the <br /> "personal and advertising injury" offense is committed: <br /> L During the policy period; <br /> ii. Subsequent to the execution of the "written contract"; <br /> iii. Prior to the expiration of the period of time that the"written contract" <br /> requires such insurance be provided to the additional insured; <br /> iv. Only to the extent permitted by law; and <br /> V. Will not be broader than that which the "written contract" requires. <br /> (3) The insurance provided to an additional insured under this endorsement is <br /> subject to the following provisions: <br /> (a) Coverage under this endorsement does not apply to "bodily injury", <br /> "property damage" or "personal and advertising injury" arising out of the <br /> rendering of, or failure to render, any professional services, including but <br /> not limited to: <br /> L The preparing, approving, or failing to prepare or approve maps, <br /> shop drawings, opinions, reports, surveys, field orders, change <br /> orders, designs or specifications; <br /> ii. Supervisory, inspection, architectural or engineering activities; or <br /> iii. Any actual or alleged negligence or other wrongdoing in the <br /> supervision, hiring, employment, training or monitoring of others by <br /> that insured involved the rendering of or failure to render any <br /> professional service listed in Paragraph (3)(a) L or(3)(a) ii. above. <br /> (b) If the Limits of Insurance of this Coverage Part shown in the Declarations <br /> exceed the minimum limits required by the"written contract",the insurance <br /> afforded to the additional insured under this endorsement will not exceed <br /> the minimum amount of insurance required by such "written contract". <br /> (c) This endorsement shall not increase applicable limits of insurance as <br /> described in SECTION III — LIMITS OF INSURANCE. <br /> (d) The additional insured must comply with the following duties: <br /> 00 GL1030 00 01 25 Includes copyrighted material of Page 2 of 4 <br /> Insurance Services Office, Inc.with its permission. <br /> ©2025 Arch Insurance Group Inc. <br />
