Endorsement Provisions Prevail. <br /> If there is any conflict between: <br /> a. The provisions of this endorsement; and <br /> b. The provisions of any version or edition of Additional Insured — Owners, Lessees or <br /> Contractors — Scheduled Person Or Organization endorsement(s) CG 20 10 or <br /> Additional Insured — Owners, Lessees or Contractors — Completed Operations <br /> endorsement(s) CG 20 37 that the "written contract" specifically requires be used for <br /> you to provide additional insured coverage to any person or organization; <br /> Then the provisions of this endorsement shall prevail. <br /> C. Solely for the purpose of this endorsement, the following definitions are added to the Definitions <br /> section: <br /> 1.
