AND MONICA BROWNING, <br />APPLICANTS <br /> <br />Legal notice published in the Orange County Reporter on September 24, 2018 and <br />notices mailed September 24, 2018. <br /> <br />Case Planner Gomez provided a project description. The applicant spoke in support of the <br />matter and provided additional background information on the property. Chairperson <br />Christy opened the Public Hearing. There were no speakers and the hearing was closed. <br /> <br />Commissioner Rush pointed out that Sharon Evans lived in the home for several years <br />and was a prominent figure in the neighborhood; suggested that name of the property be <br />changed to Martien/Evans. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />1. Adopt a resolution approving Historic Resources Commission Application <br />No. 2017-46 and Historic Register Categorization No. 2017-45; and <br />2. Recommend that the City Council authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute the attached Mills Act agreement with Thomas I. and <br />Monica R.
