Which we have <br />fixed to the cost of $37,500.00 and dramatically <br />improved the propertywith our investment in <br />the community and strong management. <br />Implementing rent control laws would make it <br />harder to invest in Santa Ana. <br />• Every ear, we spend $493,300.00 amount in <br />securityto ensure the quiet and peaceful <br />enjoyment of their community and home. <br />Y <br />• We turned around one of the most crime ridden <br />properties in all of Santa Ana - Villa Del Sol. <br />• Our efforts at Villa Del Sol reopened 2 schools <br />• If a rent control law were to be put in place, we <br />are afraid that we could not afford to maintain <br />the high level of quality housing that we <br />currently do at all of our communities. <br />
